Hleeduo Electronic Shisha Charcoal

If I can put a negative star I would! It showed up in box that was opened, also it had a European style plug, so I had to buy an adapter to make it work in the US. It gets hot only at the highest setting at which it will burn top of your hookah bowl and then you start getting the nasty burnt metallic taste! I burnt about two packs of tobacco before I decided to go back to charcoal. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Takes forever to get hot. Better off using torch or stove. Would not recommend.

Edit: It overheated and burnt out a few weeks after writing this review.Pros:* Tastes way better than most coals and is much better for you.* Lasts longer than standard coals (lasts as long as you want)* Easier to clean than the Electronic Ceramic Hookah Shisha Bowl.* Is small enough you could probably fit two or 3 on most bowls. It really is not much bigger than a standard coalCons:* As everyone is saying it simply does not get hot enough for a good rich smoke.* It's cheaply made and broke within a few months.Other thoughts: That said it is quite small. I switched the AC/DC adapter with the one that came with the Electronic Ceramic Hookah Shisha Bowl with some success, but it still does not quite get hot enough. I think it would work well with two. I will probably be buying another soon as the bowl does not even work with my newest hookah.

First the product is of very questionable quality. With the first two the only smoke came out of the wire on the 120 volt side. But Village Gifts made it right so they get high marks. But the coal itself makes it hard to find the right temp to keep things pleasant. I've found the right setting a couple times but it seems to move around so I'm not hitting it consistently. When I can I prefer regular coals but sometimes that is not an option for my situation. In a pinch the e-coal will get you by.

This device worked great for me, but you have to use it in a very particular way.First you need a bowl that is shallower or least smaller, not a large or deep bowl.Next you need foil not a metal screen.Cut slits in the foil only under the where you will place the electronic coal.Slits not the normal holes.I like a cross type with an empty center so the device doesn't sink into the foil.Crank it all the way up, wait about 10 minutes.Smoke! Adjust the heat as needed.The added picture is one way to cut your slits. Try your own way.

Waaay better than charcoal.

Did not work at all! Tried everything I could find online to make it work good but nothing...

Very unhappy with this product, no one should buy this, it shorted out after a minute of plugging it in
