Needed new batteries upon arrival. Whatever it is saying is almost impossible to understand. Does move around and has fair motion detection

My first order arrived and I tested it out, worked for a minute then stopped! I changed to battery and it never turned on again. Returned this item for another. I opened my second order and same problem! Terrible skeleton Reaper!!! No quality control done when made by manufacturer or seller. Don't waste your time or money! Yes, sent this one back too for refund!

An AMAZING decoration! lights up and has 3 different sayings! my neighbor across street said she can hear it.

So was very excited when I bought this cause it was sound and motion activated but when I received it found out that it doesn't work. Then reading other reviews people are having the same problem. Very disappointing.
