I use to remove water after I mop the floor. It did a good job in that I don't have water marks on the floor. The pads are well made and should last a long time. I did purchase extra pads but may never use them but nice to have. I find that the mop is constructed well and do not anticipate any future problems.

The mop head is ok if there’s a mop handle to attach it to. I’m a busy mom of 4 boys and received the mop but didn’t open it to make sure all the parts were in the box. I just recently got it out to use only to find no mop handle and since my boys had pulled out the foam, I wasn’t 100% certain if the handle was in the box when I received it. I contacted Uncle Jack’s and I guess since I’m an honest person and told them my kids got in the box, they won’t even sell me the handle separately. They want me to buy a whole mop set, an 18” which is not readily found on an Amazon search.I’m a detail person and I’m pretty sure I would’ve noticed the handle around if my kids had been playing with it. Now, I have a mop head but no handle. This company that has a friendly American name is very evidently NOT American, and as one can note on the box: awkward phrases, misspelled words, evidence that the person who designed the box is not proficient in English or has very little education, or is using a computer without spell-check in English.I would be a very satisfied customer if I just had a mop handle to use on the mop head, but since all this company cares about is selling a whole mop set to you, good luck if get all the parts in the box, otherwise, you’re just up a creek, no sweat off their backs. They’ll happily sell you another piece of junk made in CHINA.

I bought this to dust my LVP flooring and wanted a larger size than the usual Swiffer type mop head. That part is good. The thing is, the head isn't very maneuverable at ALL. The cloth comes up off the floor and only the edge is touching the ground, if I don't hold it just right. It doesn't swivel enough to remain flat while you move it around. Also I was taught to go back and forth (right to left), spinning the mop to contain the dust--but this does NOT spin. I am used to the Swiffer head, that I can manipulate in this manner and the front edge of the cloth stays in the front (the direction I'm trying to move it in) but this is too stiff or something. On the plus side, it does lay lower than the Swiffer does so I can get further under furniture (although the lack of maneuverability makes that limited in effectiveness anyway).

I love this duster. It’s wide so it catches everything. However, the pole or handle is kind of short. I’m 5’6”....and the way I hold it, I’m literally holding the end of the pole while I’m using it. It could have been just a bit longer like the average dusted out there. Other than that, it works perfectly!

Love this mop, well made and sturdy, great pads better at trapping died that the other brand I purchased before.

I hate cleaning my wood floors but lawd these make it easy and gets the corners too
