Q: When do you play your cards? Before you roll? Directions don’t say anything about playing cards in turn, only Roll Die and then Resolve Tokens.

You roll the dice first, collecting tokens. Then, you’ll be playing cards as you resolve the tokens, and before you end your turn. I found it very helpful to watch a YouTube video on how to play the game; it made it much easier to understand than just going by the instructions. Once we watched the short video, we were playing within minutes!

Q: The listing shows "usually ships within 1 to 2 months" but it is shipped from and sold by amazon. is that accurate? shouldn't it be days?

That means they don't have it on stock, but they expect a shipment to come in within 1-2 months. I have ordered many things that are on back order. If I change my mind before it ships, I cancel the order. I've only had it take longer than the expected time frame once.

It's 2-4 players, but I don't see why you couldn't add a second deck to add more players.

No, the die is rolled first, to begin the turn.
