Takes the hassle out of long and low cooks.
Works a treat for no hassle long and low cooks. Meat is perfect every time. Expensive but works as expected.

The product itself is self explanatory, however I must say I was disappointed as the I bought the item from Amazon UK, but it came with EU plug and I had to buy adapter extra.After the first cook I have lost the alligator clip even didn't noticed that till another cook.We will see later about the performance in long run.
