Easy to install if you know the trick
I set up two Lohas daylight white bulbs in the kitchen to test them, then decided to use them in my office instead. The TuyaSmart app was easy to use, and it realized I had moved the bulbs to another room.I had some trouble with Alexa, however. Another commenter posted the trick - 1) download the Tuya app and set up the bulbs (you can set up a "scene" and program changes to several bulbs at one time if you want), 2) in the Alexa software ~install the Tuya skill~, 3) authorize it using the same credentials you use for Alexa. I use my email address for Alexa, so just entered my email address in the Tuya skill phone number box when I connected the skill. This worked immediately, and Alexa could import the "scene" I created in the Tuya app.These are priced very reasonably, so I ordered four candelabra-base ones for the living room ceiling fan, and two more for the bedroom :) No more remote controls to wave around in the air...

You get what you pay for
They are cheap but they do work. However, they work only on 2.4Ghz ( like 99% of the smarthome stuff), virtually no documentation and somewhat "range challenged" Given their antenna is the size of a postage stamp, who's surprised but I had to get an extended to bring the bulb down out of the metal housing so it could get a wifi signal. I have one on side door which works great and the entry door with the recess lighting needed the extension. In the end, they both work good. Bright but a bit on the white side so it's not a "warm welcoming" glow.. more of a stark "who goes there" look. I used these with the TuyaSmart app

So the one light refuses to stay on wifi. Only the 1 bulb. The other works just fine. So I contacted customer service and asked for just a replacement after doing all the things they asked for, still didnt work so they asked if they could refund me. I told them I really just wanted another bulb but instead the refunded me half my money. So it was a win/win. I just wish they could've sent me another bulb. So that's why I left 4 stars and not 5

Correct implementation of a great idea
I find that these bulbs connect easily and work great with Alexa.I now turn my lamps on with my voice instead of pull switches.

These so called 'smart' lights are not smart at all refuse to connect to wifi & the app crashes often & giving me a network error. Over $22 for some basic LED bulbs I could have gotten for a few bucks.. Disappointed to say the least

Fantastic
You can put them on a timer. If you aren't home, you can feel comfortable by making it "look" like you are home as it can turn off and in randomly. You can talk to Alexa from rooms away to control lights in all room of your house.

Not the Brightest Bulb on the Tree
I returned this product. Eventhough they are dimmable I don't know why you would ever want to. Don't expect them to light up a room even at full brightness. I think I could get more light if I put a firefly in a coke bottle.They also produce a very blue light not at all pleasing to the eye. I would never recommend for a livingroom or a reading lamp.

Instructions were too small to read.But once I just searched the brand name in the App Store I found the correct Manufacturer app to download and set it up. Works extremely well with Alexa.
