Perfect for my artificial grass project
I used these for my artificial grass project, and these heavy duty nails were easy to install and look great (not very noticeable). So far they are performing well, and keeping the grass nailed in place. The nails themselves are sturdy and seem like they are versatile enough to use for other projects requiring long nails. Wish I had ordered more.

Almost accurate description!!
Box says approximately 150 nails. I decided to count them and there is actually only 142 in the box. Perhaps online description should say approximate instead of giving an exact number. Otherwise it sirves it’s purpose.

Does what they are intended to do and more :)
We used these with washers to put down our ground cover where regular staples would not work because of the hardness and rocks in the soil. There are a few missing heads but for the most part...they are a good deal

as advertised
i used these to secure edging for my garden.....better than the plastic ones, and durable....as the old plastic oneswear away, these will be replacing them......good purchase....worth the money for sure....the head is big enough to cover most of the whole...that was my only concern......not any more

Not anti-rust
I bought a box last year when I put down the artificial turf for my putting green. Due to a mole problem I had to re-do the base. When I pulled up the turf, the stakes came up also. However, when I tried to pull the stakes out of the turf, I couldn't. They had rusted so bad and expanded in size, that they wouldn't pull out. I ended up throwing out the turf with the stakes. This was just a one foot perimeter band of 1 1/2" turf around the outside of the actual putting green. I re-used the 3/8" putting turf and bought new perimeter turf which is why I needed more stakes to re-install the turf. I don't plan to pull up the turf again, so everything should be OK.
