La Poet Women's Waxed Leather Convertible Backpack Cross Body Bag

I'm a fashion conscious bicycle commuter, so it was important for me to find an attractive and functional bag that could serve as either a purse or a backpack, and this certainly fits the bill. The size and all the compartments are perfect, and the construction is solid.My only critique is that it will not be super functional as a backpack without some altering- the straps are too long, even when buckled at the last hole, so I will need to pierce a new hole. I also wish there was a second loop, to hold down the excess strap material. It just kind of flops around when the strap is worn shorter (and I am 5'0", so basically all the time)That said, it's a great bag. I love the ocre/mustard color so much, the shape is great, all of the details are beautiful, and it contains all of my daily stuff in an organized manner.

I love this bag! I like how you can wear it 3 different ways. It's not overly big but with the wide bottom you can carry a lot in it if needed. The shape is so nice. You won't see many like it on others. I like that! I purchased the mustard color and it's darker than I hoped but you know what? I love the color. All said, I'm very happy with my adorable La Poet.

The colour I got looks just superb with the waxed leather finish. Just watch how it has a gleaming appearance while it reflects off the light, on the video I uploaded in Youtube. Needless to say, this one is definitely an eye-catcher. I can assure you that you would start receiving compliments for this, the moment you wear it.It comes with straps which converts it to a backpack, cross body or even a shoulder bag. The size is just perfect for my use, I use mostly as backpack for travel and shopping. Though it looks compact, the zippered main compartment is spacious enough to carry all my essentials like wallet, sunglasses, phone, books etc. There is also a zippered pocket inside and two side pockets. The soft cloth lining used in the interior feels premium and sturdy, that gives me a good feeling about the durability of the bag. There are a couple of buttons on either sides of the bag, which when pressed in, further reduces the width of the bag for an even compact look. There is a zippered pocket on the outer back side where I can keep keys, coins etc. The zippers used all over the bag are of premium quality, that adds to the luxury feel of package.Like I said before, I just can’t stop using the word Premium when I describe this bag. Yes, this bag could be a bit costly - but you are definitely paying for the premium luxury build that shows itself off all over the place when you start using it.All in all, a beautifully designed, perfectly made, luxury bag...👌👌👌
