Ok. I purchase this book thinking that it comes with CONNECT PLUS. But I was very disappointed realizing that it didn't come. My bad for not checking all the comments and not contacting the seller about that, instead I was just impressed with the price. But I returned this book back to the seller and they gave me back full amount. The talk with the seller and also transaction went really smooth. They were quick. This made me feel really good. I would recommend to buy this book if you don't need CONNECT PLUS. Thank You!!!

The was the book I was instructed to get for the class and it did include the connect access with it. I would recommend before buying anything to contact the seller just to double check on the access codes. And I double check with my teacher to see if I need the book along with the access codes. Sometimes the syllabus IBN #'s are not correct. I have done this for all of my books and have never been mislead by the sellers. Yes it is a little more work - but in the long run will save you a headache if you do end up ordering the wrong book.

I found paper trash, candy package bag in the book.

The book was very well written for what its suppose to due. I used it for two classes in college and felt it was easily maneuverable and understandable.

Very easy to understand. Breaks down the info so you can understand it. Only downside is how big and bulky it is.
