Manufacturer website provides customer service. But its just an automated service. They fail to solve your product problems and queries. Battery backup is very poor. (charge it for 90 minutes and it will provide enough juice for 2-3 days) But it is not even working a whole day with full charge. It doesn't display day / date. Hourly rate monitoring is not working. Real time data sync is never worked. Don't go for this cheap product. Better you go for Fastrack Reflex Fitness Bands for almost the same price. Am fed up with this OPTA SB-072 Reflex. Very poor product quality. I never ever suggest this product to anyone.

i ordered OPTA SB-072 Reflex-O SMARTBAND and seller sent me SB -049 . in replacement again seller sent me same model.products features are very good but battery discharged in 6 hours from charging .No response from seller on whatsap number.
