Bluetooth Transmitter and Transceiver

Device works excellent! Connects as quick as any blue tooth device I've every used.

I wanted to add bluetooth to my Samsung Smart TV for bluetooth headphone use. I was surprised to find so many product that would provide this capability. Many were transmitter only. Some were transmitter/receiver devices. And some were receiver only, which I didn't need. My reason for buying a transmitter/receiver device is that if it didn't work out for my TV application, maybe I could use it for either purpose somewhere else. I decided on the Azeca BTT-009 because it came with a number of handy adapter cords to connect to just about any thing you would want. A shopping note here: there are many devices that look exactly the same with different names, accessories and prices from different sellers on Amazon. I downloaded some user manuals to compare if they all had the same features and operation. They all did, so I assumed they were all made by the same manufacture. Shop wisely. So, how does it work? Great in both transmitter or receiver mode. I connected it to the 3.5mm audio out jack on my TV in transmitter mode and paired a bluetooth headphone to it. It has almost no noticeable lag in sound to lips and a range of about 25 to 30 feet. Since the TV has some USB ports I connected the BTT-009 to one of them for power any time the TV is on. My only reason for the 4 star rating is because the BTT-009 must be manually turned on by pushing the ON button for 4 seconds each time you want to use it with the bluetooth headphones. It would be a perfect 5 star rating if it would turn on automatically when power was applied via the USB connection. I would recommend this Azeca BTT-009 for a similar application.

Very good and fast delivery

This might work as a receiver, but as a transmitter it does a really poor job. It is extremely prone to clipping and distortion. Using it plugged into the headphone jack of my receiver, I had to keep the volume level of the receiver at the lowest possible level, and then crank the volume to maximum on my wireless headphones. Using with TV, the sound lag is just noticeable, but not useable. Range is about 10 feet, any more and the sound drops out. If you are desperate for a bluetooth transmitter, you'd do as well with a $19 no-name import.

It was easy hook up in my car... I am now able to stream music from my cell phone apps through my car stereo.. I had to purchase a 12V adapter with USB charge though... Also my only complaint is that I must turn the blue tooth on each time i enter my car before it connects to my phone.. So i couldn't hide it in my glove box like i originally wanted, but instead mounted it on the side of the passenger under seat so I could easily reach and turn it on each time i enter the car... It does it's job... not 100% but i'll give it a solid 80% for now.

First time pairing took a couple of minutes, but then it worked. Works great. No complaints. I recommend it.You won't be disappointed.

I took this to a friends house, hooked in up on their system line in cable, and pow - instant xm music on the system. It also worked well on my scandisk mp3.
