This treat gives the my dog a little bit of a hard time chewing which in my opinion is great, they are entertained for longer. Everytime I unpack it she is happy running everywhere waiting to get one. The smell is pretty bland, color is just that reddish velvet, size is good for the weight advertised on the bag. As for Durability I give my dog one treat a night so it last as many days as the amount of treats in the bag.

My GSD loves these. He gobbles it down within seconds so not sure how well the scrub teeth. Another great Blue Buffalo product.

These are on the pricey side but are actually one of the only brands to have a dental bone/treat that is grain free and somewhat healthy. My dog absolutely loves them also which is always good. I know they help with her teeth but have not noticed much as far better smelling breath. For some reason these usually are not cheaper when buying in a larger quantity. I highly recommend and have not gone wrong with most Blue Buffalo Products.

Our dogs love to go to bed and brush there teeth with us its a nightly rutine now. :D

We started giving these to our dog every night after we paid $1800 to have a deep teeth cleaning and to have an abscessed tooth removed and another broken (and in danger of becoming abscessed) tooth removed. The vet recommended better oral care for her. We chose these. I’ve given our pitbull other brands that are grain free but I like these much better. The other brands don’t last long but she gets a good chew out of these. She enjoys these.18 month update: our vet said our dog’s teeth look remarkably good. She said for our dog’s age she doesn’t have anywhere near the plaque and tarter build up dogs would normally have, even after the professional cleaning.

We have two rescues, a lab and a basset hound. Both were in pretty bad shape when they were found and they both have sensitive stomachs. We've been careful to only feed them quality, limited ingredient foods, and they've been doing great. However, Many treats/bones cause our dogs to experience digestive distress. These do not, and they love them. We've been very happy with these bones. The quality ingredients and the added vitamins (especially the glucosamine and chondroitin) are a great bonus, too. We give each dog one bone per day.The only negative I can think of is that there is not a consistent number of bones per bag. I guess they just fill them to weight, so each bag is close to 27 oz., but that makes the actual bone count in each bag vary. Having said that, the bones per bag issue doesn't detract from the quality of the bones, so I'm not going to knock them a star just for that.

They are healthy for teeth and gums. One a day.

I ask my boys if they're ready to brush their teeth & they come running for these!If they love it, & their breath is fresh, then I love it, too
