Sami's Locarb 7-grain fiber bread 2g net carb keto bread

Love the flavor of this low carbohydrate bread. Makes delicious toast. Just so you know, in my opinion, the heartiness of the bread, (it is dense and contains yummy sun flower seeds, etc.) so may sometimes over whelm the other ingredients you choose for making a sandwich.As far as value for money, I wish it was less expensive, especially when you price in shipping costs. So I usually order two loaves, and freeze them, and take out a few slices when I need them. Therefore the bread lasts me quite awhile.

This is my favorite low-carb bread! It's delicious, filling and toasts beautifully. I eat them with cream cheese and lox, use two for sandwiches or burgers, and even season and bake them to make croutons for my salads!. Yes, they are small, but they are full of flavor and I find them satisfying whenever I want to eat bread. I've been following the Keto diet for just over 3 months and have lost 60 lbs, so having this bread has really helped me stay on track.

I had 2 sandwiches and threw it away. Even tree grill cheese. It doesn’t taste horrible but not good. It on the stale side in texture so if you’re expecting a soft loaf, don’t buy.

The flavor is awful as is the texture

I have only used this for morning toast/French toast. I like that it toasts up nice and firm like regular bread and tastes very good. Another brand I tried never crisped up and remained limp and spongy. I can’t wait to use up the other brand (came in 3 pack) so I can buy more Sami’s. It is expensive, but competitive with other brands pricing and superior to them in my opinion.

Outstanding compared to all the other Keto breads I have purchased or made. Toast tastes like toast instead of shoe leather. I did Reuben sandwiches using a pannini maker and they were great. If only they made in rye, but I guess that's too much to ask. Freezes well, so ordering 5 or more at a time brings the shipping cost per loaf down a little. This bread will allow me to stay with the low carb plan a lot longer.

Sami's got a couple of things right. The Locarb 7-grain fiber bread has a texture like bread (when not toasted) and looks good although the slices are small. However, the bread has no flavor and when toasted, it takes on a sawdust-like consistency. My loaf had a couple of moldy slices from shipping in the heat. My advice --savor the experience of eating less of regular bread that you can buy locally.

The 7-grain fiber bread from Sami's bakery is awesome.I have been looking for a bread alternative ever since my husband and I started keto.I have tried making bread which were ok but eggy tasting.This bread is awesome.Granted by my husband and I not big sandwich eaters but we wanted something to eat burgers or hot dogs (Healthy ones) or to have the occasion sandwich. I made French toast with this bread and it was outstanding.I bought two more loaves after making this.Be aware it does mold quicker, at least the loaf I got did, a week or so.Next time I will use some and freeze the rest into packs of 2 slices.One thing I will mention is shipping. The boxes that the bread is shipped (by USPS) in always get destroyed when they arrive. We have lucked out and the bread was not smashed. There is no packing materials to cushion the bread just the bread in the box.Other than that the bread is awesome and is a must try if anyone loves bread.
