CRANIUMPrimo Edition

So first I would like to say that I am a huge fan of the whole cranium series. If you are familiar with Cranium, you will not be a stranger to this version. If you're not, here's a litlte background on Cranium in general. First off, this makes for a greaet party/icebreaker game. Many of my friends and I get together all the time to play these games and we never get tired of it (we are all in our 20s). I can see younger and older people playing this game as well. This is literally "fun for the whole family," although some parts can be embarrassing with family members around =). There are four play pieces (many people can play though so don't worry about that). In general, there are trivia questions (math, reading, etc), charades, guessing by manipulating a clay model, and a pictionary-esque type questions. There are enough different categories that will make everyone contribute in some way.One of the reasons I love the primo edition is because it comes with booster pack 2, which you can buy separately, so that you get a lot of new cards that older editions did not have. It's also good to know that it comes with 4 cranium clay pieces (other editions only come with one).PROS:- Clay pieces for everyone- So many new cards!- Shiny play pieces- Silver pencils- Cool looking boxCONS:-Wish it had more cards!- A little on the expensive side but well worth itOverall:This game is definitely fun and people of all ages will enjoy it. Whether you're used to playing in a sandbox, riding around in your car with your friends, or taking a stroll with a walker, you will definitely find some fun in Cranium (any edition!)

I wish I had actually read the reviews on this product (regarding the clay). I just got mine yesterday, and all four of the clays were dried up and unusable. Two of them had actually somehow coroded away the metal (tin?) containers they were being held in, so there was a large hole in the side of those two. I threw the two bad containers out (with the bad clay inside), threw out the other two bad clays and ordered some play-doh off of here, just now. Kind of disappointing as I do not like the smell of play-doh and was excited about getting this "cranium clay" because I was hoping it wouldn't smell like play-doh. Oh well...

My daughter ordered this for me while I was busy and so I never looked at the reviews. We have bought a few cranium games over the years and absolutely LOVE them. The game arrived on time and the box appeared to be in good condition, but upon opening, I noticed the tin box was dented (I just bent it back into place) and there was a red dust on everything. I got a cloth to start wiping everything down and when I got to the tins holding the clay, I was shocked. I have never seen anything rusted quite like that! I came on amazon.com to let them know and have discovered this is not an UNcommon problem.

The clay was totally dried and not useable. Gave it as a gift and went to play and none of them were good. Boo. This is after we returned a different item that was used instead of new.

Received this game in sealed wrap. Everything is in great condition and seems to be brand new and never used. The only problem was that the 4 pots of clay are all dried out. We tried microwaving and adding water, but nothing helped. Anytime we needed to use the clay we had to draw instead. I have since purchased some playdoh type stuff and we will try that next time.

Great game and everything... Tin showed up rusted through all-over and the clay was all dried up; luckily you can pick up Playdough at almost any store.

I bought this game new in a sealed package and this is how the clay came out. Dried and hard with holes in the containers

Paid extra for the "new in box" option and received a rusted outbox with all pieces of the game dirty in rust. All 4 clay tins were rusted out with holes in the metal tin and dried out unusable clay. The cards and notepads and gameboard and instructions are dirty and gritty with rust. Very dissatisfied for being deceived with the "new” purchase.
