It works good! But, the touchscreen is sticky, I keep cleaning it and the screen is very stiff

Works great with 1 confusing flaw
It works great for keeping my phone safe and dry. But hair mysteriously appears. Like I it’s sealed tight. No water leaks when i have it submerged under water. But a piece of hair manages to find its way in, and I’m honestly so confused about it.

Bought this case literally one month ago and has broken twice since purchased. The first break where charger port was two weeks after purchase, the top break is this past week. We have bought many cases from Amazon that have lasted at least a year, we are VERY disappointed.
