The product itself is super cute. I bought this little ice cream truck for my granddaughter (who is 5). She will love it because of all of the tiny little accessories...and because it is pink. My ONLY complaint is with the amount of tape and shrink wrap used on the product. It took me 30 minutes to get enough of it off to view the many accessories inside the truck. I could not even get all the shrink wrap off in the end. I gave up. Again, the product is 5 stars. The way it was packaged is a 0.

Came in broking, I ask my child did she still want it, she said yes she didn't feel like waiting for a replacement, for that I leave 2 stars, I would like my money back too
