MET Certified Seedling Heat Mat, with 42℉~108℉ Digital Thermostat Controller for Seed Germination (10" x 20")

I like the fact that the heating pad fits a standard flat tray. The thermostat is working perfectly and I am waiting for my first seedlings of the year to emerge.I haven't been using it for a week yet, and am mindful of the other complaints about the thermostat, so I check it frequently. So far, so good.

Easy to set up and use. Took a little while to get a flat shape back since it arrived folded up in the box. Also do not assume it will get to the temperature you want all the time, it's based on the air temperature of the room it's in. For example, if the room is 50 degrees it won't be able to get to 80 degrees.

I love the heat controller on the heating mat. I had tried other heat mats without a controller and half my plants would die and I didn't know why. All my plants have lived.

Plan to use it as part of a seed starting kit. Tested the mat & controller. Appears to work satisfactorily.

The germination area is the same as room temperature. I set the thermostat to 29º C. I even plug the mat directly on the wall to test. Nothing woks,The thermostat apparently reads the temperature more or less accurately.

This thing works as expected. Temperature/thermostat great for seedlings, or outdoor cat enclosure.

I always wondered if these mats made a difference. The answer is yes. Very happy with this purchase.

Even temperature had all the cells in the grow box germinate. The mat fits a jiffy 24 cell box.

The mat has an AU plug and should plug into the temp controller. However the temp controller has a US plug insert and the power cord also has a US plug. So the two devices don't work together.

The heat mat came with Australian plug and the thermostat only fit AMERICAN. Had to buy an adaptor to use it.The ad really should place in ALL CAPS saying that.

Product was advertised with AU plug. Product arrived with Euro style plug , and an adaptor. Wouldn't recommend at all
