Made a big difference
As I have aged (I am nearly 50), my knees have taken a battering over the years from various forms of exercise - powerlifting, boxing, running etc. In recent years, during squats, my knees have been painful to the point that I didn't relish the thought of going to the gym. I tried some single ply knee sleeves which helped a little. However, the pain persisted, especially as the weight increased. These double-ply sleeves are made of stronger material and offer a great deal of support. I've been wearing them for squat workouts for a few weeks and have felt no pain in the knees. As a result, I am more confident when performing the exercise which has led to improvements in my strength. Furthermore, they are comfortable to wear. Unlike knee wraps that restrict movement in the joint when walking around, these sleeves allow you to flex the knee joint while resting without hindering blood circulation. Don't expect these sleeves to add pounds to your squat through their support - that's not what they are intended for. However, they provide the support required to reduce pain in overused knees giving you the confidence to push a little harder.

Knee pain
These knee sleeves are the best. I have very creaky knees and usually suffer with pain after leg day but after using these for one heavy session I noticed the difference during and after, numbers went up and no knee stiffness afterwards, fantastic product

Give confidence and are indispensable
I bought these as I decided I needed to start squatting and dead lifting again. My knees, combined with being just a year short of 50, meant that leg days were very light in weight and exercises.I love these supports and they give me much more confidence to lift heavier weights. Leg days are back twice a week!It may be part placebo effect...but they work for me.Now if they could just cure my knees I'd be very impressed :)

this is my third purchase,i have elbow sleeves a pair of knees sleeves i bought the double ply they are bigger than my other ones even both are xxl will probably wear one on top of the other but all in all great product
