I purchased this item for my garage gym for the main purpose of doing sissy squats. I have been working through a knee injury and have been relying heavily on bodyweight leg movements. After checking out several different brands, I chose this model because it was middle of the road in price and open in the back, allowing for the option of doing sit ups into a squat. When the item arrived, I quickly assembled it and tested it out. As soon as I stepped into it, I was immediately aware of a huge design flaw...the bottom foot pads are not adjustable. I was not able to lock my feet at the 90 degree angle that I am used to, to properly execute sissy squats. Terribly disappointed, I quickly disassembled the item and initiated a return. I was tempted to give this item a one star review, but opted for a two star because of the fact that the company accepted the return with no questions asked.****To the Abs Company...make those bottom foot pads adjustable and you guys have a winner.****
