In general, all grain mills are intended for grinding cereals. Unfortunately, we have no experience of grinding Mesquite Tree Beans. Nevertheless, if you compare with the MH 8 mill, Diamant D525 will grind beans better, because the steel millstones are fits much better for grinding of oil seeds and plants. You can try to buy Diamant D525 to your own risk or you can also send beans to the factory in Germany, they will grind beans for you and the flour sent back. If you will like the result, after then you can buy a mill. Depending on the needed volume, you can also use a hand mill Messerschmidt (Family grain mill) or the same mill with an electric motor.

You can adjust the courseness from course to fine.
