BEST RAMPS FOR THE MONEY
I BOUGHT THESE RAMPS AFTER LOOKING A WHILE. I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE USING THE COMPOSITE TYPE RAMPS UNDER MY TRUCK. THE RAMP PORTION IS NOT FIXED TO THE STAND AND THAT IS A BIG PLUS. IT MAKES THEM LIGHTER AND EASIER TO PUT AWAY. THEY WERE THE BEST FOR THE PRICE. ANYTHING TOUGHER THAN THESE COST OVER FIVE TIMES AS MUCH AND I WILL NOT BE USING THEM THAT OFTEN TO JUSTIFY SPENDING AROUND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR SERVICE RAMPS

Built well, not for cars
The ramp is to steep for my 95 grand prix because I was driving up it and it hits the plastic underneath my front bumper and pushes the ramps away. I have to put boards underneath the ramps to give it an extra lift. After that I can use them. Hope this helps :)

Service Ramps
These ramps are nice if you need to conserve space as the ramp portion detaches. However when I drove my truck onto them the ramps bent nicely and they looked like a banana. My truck is a Chevy Silverado which weighs in total 7000 pounds. The ramp part doesnt seem to be handle 10,000 pounds or even 5000 pounds.

We love it
If you want to protect your cars from drowning in floods, or if you want to peer under the car to solve some problem, this is the item for you. It is light weight but sturdy, easy to assemble and store and it has saved our cars in a hurricane. It is perfect.

My motor home has a gross vehicle weight of 12 ...
My motor home has a gross vehicle weight of 12,000 pounds. After lifting the front axle several times, the side supports began to buckle and the ramps were beginning to sag. I called the manufacturer and was told that the GVW of the entire vehicle cannot exceed 10,000 pounds. This product is dangerously misrepresented and should probably be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission. Petersen manufactures a heavy duty ramp, model 30-2350, however, I have yet to locate a dealer.

My dad has these but i use them whenever i need to change to oil and anything on my jeep wrangler, and they work great! even with 33x12.5r15 tires they still fit on there! would reccommend to anyone who wants a great auto ramp
