As fat non-yoga person (I wish I was one), I purchased a yoga trapeze "to help with my bad back" (ok it looked fun in the videos). I don't have a beam or door bar, but I was able to suspend the ropes through the closed loft hatch, from the roof supports (making sure the ropes would not get damaged). At first I was unsure it would take my ample weight so I lowered myself very slowly on it, and yes it did. Feeling safe, I then dangled upside down as in the videos (it was very easy to tip yourself back up again) and tried a few more things. It is well made and strong, I recommend it. I am going to try some more positions and hopefully get fitter. Thinking about it, my back hasn't been hurting since.

I love the quality of this item and was impressed with the reasonable price. Please consider when buying that it is quite difficult to find somewhere suitable to hang the trapeze if you just live in a standard house. I have ended up hanging mine in a tree in my garden, which is very nice when its dry but obviously doesn't lend itself to all year round. However, the product is well worth purchasing if you have a decent hanging point. Plus the Youtube channel to support the Trapeze is good too... :)

I have wanted one of these for a while, being an ex aerial artist (not enough time now with work commitments) and so I finally decided to go for it.I currently have it hanging off a pull-up bar in my door frame. I do find it a bit restrictive though and don’t fully trust the bar so am very careful. I have bought ceiling rings which I am going to attach to the joist so will be much better then and will get more height.It is made from parachute fabric so isn’t as stretchy as the silks that I’m used to. Is good though. I love hanging upside down like a bat. It’s helped my back no end! And then it’s really cool to just lie in there like a hammock :)It does come with a free dvd but I don’t have a DVD player so couldn’t use it. I’ve found loads of videos explaining setup and techniques online though.Overall the quality is very good. I’m glad I went for the real thing. After lots of research, I found there are so many inferior, cheap copies out there. It’s worth paying for quality, especially when you are relying on it to support your whole bodyweight hanging upside down!!!

The trapeze arrived very swiftly, in good time for my wife's birthday. At first we both found it a little tricky, but using the on-line videos, we were soon cavorting around like the 'cirque du soleil'. My wife teaches yoga and found it a most engaging development for her routines. All the components appeared to be of a high quality, so should last a fair while too.

It took me a while to start using it so it tooke me a while to write the rewiew..I honestly have to say that I couldnt he happier with the sling...material and finishings are just great..so versatile...and safe..just perfect!! I'd definitely recommend it!!
