Oh my cheese, my poor cheese is going uneatten due to the poor construction of this cheese plane. It broke on its third use now my sandwiches are cheeseless, the cheesey gods are angry.

The box called this a truffle slicer, no mention of cheese which only does on okay job on hard cheese, not as good as my cheese slicer, disappointing

Very well made. Works as it should
Simple to use once you've sussed how to operate the blade to best effect. Does not like crumbly cheese but fine for Monks Head cheese which is firm enough to produce thin slices.
