Healthy, great tasting oil
Red palm oil has many extraordinary health benefits. It does not have a strong flavor, it holds up well in heat, and is not messy or drippy like other oils can be since it is solid at room temp. I have been making all kinds of dishes with this oil, and have not been disappointed yet. I also have no gall bladder, so high quality oil is a must for me.

Too expensive for me to keep using. I bought MCT oil instead (concentrated coconut oil). The smell was not good either.

So much better than the non-organic
The regular west indie red palm oil was so disgusting. I was really happy when I opened this little gem. No odor or flavor, just a great healthy addition to my cooking arsenal. Now the question is if it really works. Going in for blood work in 2 weeks to see if there is any changes. Fingers crossed!

Pros: Melts quickly but does not evaporate too quickly. No strange taste A creamer texture that coconut oil, so less fighting to get out of jar. Major health benefits with most red palm oil OrganicCons: Expensive
