These are well built, easy to install, and priced competitively vs some other fixtures we looked at.Beware the pictures on the Amazon listing, they are WAY out of proportion. Check out my pictures for a better representation of the size.They install flush against the wall, so if your wires stick out a lot, you'll have to push them back into the wall. The provided screws work great for mounting to the wall. However, I had to provide my own wire nuts for connecting to the house's wiring.The build quality is solid, especially for this price point (just under $30USD). I was pleasantly surprised that the outer case is metal. All of the materials feel solid and suited to this application.We are very happy with the purchase.

Took a chance on this light- was skeptical because of how inexpensive it was. It was easy to install, and nice quality. It has a very nice modern look to it. It has a nice bright (but not too bright) white light that illuminates my entire patio, without being blinding- exactly what I was hoping for. Shipping was fast, with good packaging- there were no dents or scratches, and it came with screws and basic hardware to mount. You can't replace the LED bulbs if they burn out, but it's so inexpensive, it hardly matters. I've had it for months now, and I'm still pleased- works great.

It's a good looking light for the price. The outside cage is metal coated in dark espresso color. It's true there are no instructions, but it's pretty obvious how to install and you don't need to be that handy. The back plate is the mounting plate with 4 holes in each corner. Screws and anchors are provided but they are very light duty. If you are going to mount outside you may need sturdier anchors. Because of the 4 screw installation it doesn't mount to junction box.The problem that I have with it is that the cage is not secured tightly with top and bottom screws. I bought two lights and both of them had issues with these screws not being able to tighten since they are too short. While light on surface feels solid this is a sign of poor quality.Also one of the lights was dinged in several places and they used a black marker trying to cover it up.All in all, you get what you pay for. I think I can live with it, and I'll be ordering more. There is very similar light at Lowe's that costs twice as much.

These lights are nicely styled but they're small, don't come with any instructions, and are ill-suited for use as porch or entry lights, which is what the pictures appear to convey. Additionally, they come with no instructions, which is particularly odd given that there's a black and red lead (rather than black and white). Also, as others have mentioned, the leads are absurdly low gauge...a couple of threads of copper. Finally, they do not give off much light, but illuminate the a few feet at best. We'll be buying something else for our front porch.

My wife bought these and when she was out of town I ended up installing them. Even though I thought they were way smaller than the picture showed I thought she would still like them so I put them up and threw out the boxes. When she got home she decided that they were way too small and nothing like the description. Now we are stuck with these I shouldn’t have thrown out the boxes but it sucks to be down over $100 on these two lights. Would not recommend this to anybody.

It's a good thing that we are handy and have lots of tools and random supplies hanging around. This is just the light box. There are no instructions, no mounting plate or arbor, and no extra screws. It's just the light you see in the pictures with some wires sticking out. We had to take the light apart and drill holes in it to match out mounting configuration. I love the way it looks and am very happy with the product. Just be warned that if you aren't handy this may not work for you.

Just got them, screws missing top and bottom for cover plate.Trying to figure out how to mount since I have a flush on block mounted 2x4 shallow box. Gonna have to put a piece of 3/4 x 6 x 12 wood backer. It will look good, I like them. Review above said screws too small for grid plate, so will just get longer screws. Nice chocolate aluminum front grid plate. Value is there, just the screws missing sux..but I wii remedy that..

Looks great in the pictures, and that’s all. Wires have no interior strain relief. While stripping one wire it broke loose from the circuit board. I bought 3 so I learned that lesson for the next two. Because the wires are so thin, they don’t strip well. They should come pre-stripped and with tinned leads. There are so few strands that wire nuts don’t work well. They don’t mate up to the rough in box, and instead screw directly to the wall without any gasket. Not great for an exterior light. I got two out of three installed, and am going to try and return the third.
