Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Overall it’s a great case, it’s waterproof for sure, I took it to the pool and dropped it in the deep end, 5 feet deep and I was laying on the bottom listening to Spotify. The wrist band that comes with the phone is super convenient, I thought it was tacky at first but I tried it and I’ve yet to drop my phone. The only thing I’ve noticed.... I don’t know if it’s due to the case or the water pressure, but the phone doesn’t register my touch on the screen when I try to tap or slide it. But I just do what I have to do before I go under. I highly recommend this case!

I bought another one for my wife. And 9 months later we are thinking of buying from the same seller for a new iphone since Ounne turned out to be good.WATERPROOF, CAMERA: The waterproof test worked 100%. I was pretty happy we could use it to take pictures at the beach so I got one for my wife's iphone 6S (the transparent one). We went to Niagara falls and it was rainy, windy, and very misty that day and I could record video no problem, not a drop of moisture. Fits camera on both sides properly and doesn't block anything (except for my finger in the video).WARRANTY, SELLER RESPONSE, FINGER ID: I noticed about 4 months later, the fingerprint ID film on mine came off somehow and moisture was getting inside! So I immediately emailed the seller via Amazon and they sent me a replacement at no charge right away!This is what they said on March 29th when I thanked them for sending the replacement."Welcome. i will always here to help you. So if there are any problem you have meet just let me know. I will try my best to help you.Tony. "Since then, I haven't had any issue with the phone nor the fingerprint ID.SHOCKPROOF, DURABILITY: I am very careful with my belongings but I have dropped it flat on the ground a couple times.... I cringed when I picked it up to see the screen but nothing happened! Note: although not recommended by the seller, I still have a microglass screen protector while its in the case. It fits perfectly fine. The only thing I did not like was that the plastic screen can be easily scratched if you have it in the same pocket with your keys. Lesson learned.AUDIO, MICROPHONE: The one thing is that yes sometimes you have to speak up for people to hear you and/or open the charging port seal so sound can get thru, but that is the nature of a waterproof phone. Its an easy workaround and doesnt bug me too much. If I wanted perfect sound, I would use my headphones or get a non-waterproof case.

People I am talking to have been complaining about not being able to hear me clearly, especially when the charger is also plugged in. So there is something about it being water tight that its blocking the speaker/mic area on the phone.Also remember you can only use earphones with very narrow pins (or apple's original one) with the case on. Wider, broader earphone pins/probes wont go into the thin socket of the case.Other than that its a very nice and sturdy case, I drop my phone everywhere and my handling is very rough, spilled coffee, worked outside in light rain with phone lying flat on ground , dropped inside car, on black top, while playing soccer. It has survived all of the above and retains all functions.

Iv been using at at the public pool and local beaches the past week and its all worth it, no worries about any sort of moister getting inside. Obviously with any sort of case you gotta keep an eye on it for wear and tear but over all 5*

Everything seems to work well with it and it passed the 30 minute water test. Haven’t had a chance to fully test the shock-proof, but we’ll see! Update: I’ve brought it down too 4 stars because every time someone calls me I have to yell into the bottom, with the charger port cover open or take off the case completely. I guess this is the price to pay for a secure phone.

Edit:Ive now had the case for just over a year. The thin film over the fingerprint reader only lasted about 6 months before it tore rendering the case no longer fully waterproof, that I could live with and did for nearly 6 more months before the power button cover fell out. Completely disconnected from the case and now the case is completely unusable. I can’t even turn the screen off anymore. Sad end for what seemed a good case.I’ve only had this phone case for about a week, but here’s what I noticed so far.1. The fingerprint reader works perfectly, have not had any problems with it at all, however I do occasionally see an air bubble under the thinner plastic there so I am hoping that it holds up to regular use.2. The case is thin and lightweight as the much more expensive Lifeproof case which is a big selling point in my book! I hate the extra large bulky cases like the Otters.3. While there is a rubbery silicone border all the way around the outside of the phone the back is just as smooth as the front, for me that didn’t feel very secure, I kept thinking it was going to fall out of my hands. I added a stick on silicone sleeve card holder to the back to give it a little bit more grip.4. I did the water test before putting the case on and it passed with flying colors, I haven’t yet had the opportunity to test in real life underwater adventures so I will update when I have.5. Overall this is as good as any case 2-3 times it’s price, my only suggestion to the manufacturer is I would love to see a waterproof, shockproof case with a built in wallet. There are so many times that I don’t have pockets and would like to just put what I need it my phone case! It doesn’t have to be large just enough to put one or two cards and a little cash - please make this option in the future, right now it feels like my ideal case is a unicorn!
