Camp Chef Camp Table with Legs 32"

I have used the 32" x 14" table several times in the last 3 months. The table is sturdy and perfectly sized to have 2 dutch ovens going at the same time. The table does not come with a shelf for your cooking utensils but it does have a little lip around the front edge that is handy for hooking tongs, lid stand, and lid lifter on while cooking. When purchasing I was worried that the wind screen might be too short to deflect the wind, but so far it has performed quite well on breezy days. The table breaks down easily for transport and fits in the trunk of my car. I did purchase the camp chef carry bag and it has nice flat pockets for keeping the windscreen from getting bent and is handy in keeping ashes from getting on my other gear.

Camp cooking on the Lodge Dutch Oven was really great thanks to this table. I am new to using the charcoal dutch ovens and using this type of table made the experience so much fun. I knew I needed a good and sturdy metal table to rest the coals so I bought this to take on my recent camping trip. When you are cooking out in the forest there is a lot of caution and rules to follow while cooking with coals, so your cook place is confined to the fire pit. I was able to set the table right on top of the grill. Didn't even need to attach the legs. We (I) had so much fun cooking with my Lodge dutch oven on this table. The table cleaned up very nice and looked brand new after the trip. I was concerned at first as it isn't a Lodge product and I like to buy quality stuff. I also didn't want to pay the $155 for the Lodge table. I was able to get this one for just under $64. It is a very good table and worked wonderful. I would highly recommend buying this if you like to camp cook with the dutch oven and don't want to have to bend over into the pit..

Excellent table and perfect height. Small wind screen but worked well on maiden cooking session with very strong winds at the beach. Do NOT purchase the Lodge bag that is shown with this table. The table will fit, BUT you cannot zip the bag closed due to the leg stubs on the table. The bag is only for the Lodge 5-7 table.

The table looks to be solidly made and should hold up for some time with a little care. The weakest point on the whole unit are the plastic headed thumb screws. Really, plastic? When the table arrived, one of the plastic headed thumb screws was broken. To their credit, I sent out an email the evening I received the table and heard back right away asking for a shipping address for a new set of 4 screws. The replacement went out the next day and I was in business. I do like the table and would buy it again but please Camp Chef, spring for the extra few pennies and get some all metal thumb screws.

So close to a 5 star rating but one major spoiler prevents it... Camp Chef needs to design their own carry case for it. Yes it comes with a bag for the legs and windscreen but why not a full bag for the entire device to keep it clean in storage.Do not fall for the recommended add on item of the Lodge bag. I purchased one to go with this table. The leg stubs that stick down from the bottom of this table prevent the bag from ever fully closing.Outside of this one issue this table is terrific. It is a solid and sturdy table that I can step away from while cooking without having to worry about it falling over.The windscreen is the correct height if you are doing single stack dutch ovens, but if you are planning on stacking them be aware that only the bottom row will be shielded.Other than that this is a terrific table.

I am very pleased with this table. I purchased the bigger one and it was too heavy for me to carry. As I said it is sturdy. So I sold it and purchased this one and bought a bag then inserted the table box in the bag because the table is heavy and I feel the bag will hold up longer with the table box in the bag. Sure beat bending over on the ground when you are 70+ years old.

LIke all Camp Chef products this table is very well made, rock solid, heavy duty. It has to be to handle iron dutch ovens sitting on it with coals underneath. I am very pleased with this table. I also own a Camp Chef double burner stove that has worked like Hercules for us for about 10 years, never a problem, a great investment. This dutch oven table seems as well built and I'm sure it will last a lifetime if properly cared for. A great value, worth every penny.

We wanted to something to use the dutch ovens on, pretty sturdy, and does the job well. Others had noted they felt the wind guard was too low down, it seemed to work fine for us. My only concern is whether it would fit 2 12in ovens side by side.. either way its great. Not sure that Camp Chef make an actual bag to fit this table? There are pictures of bags in the catalog that came with it, but nothing seemed to advertise as specific for this.
