I bought this to replace an old Witstick that stopped working. Unfortunately, this device didn’t work, either. In addition to having to remove my phone cover to plug it in it was not recognized by my phone 80% of the time. Even when visible it could not see all of my photos, let alone allow me to save them to this drive. I have a feeling Apple may have caused some of this with their most recent update. Even though this device claims to be Apple certified in the description that claim does not appear on the packaging. Also, the ratings for the app are quite negative compared to the five star rating here.

Worked better than I was thinking it would! Use an iPhone Xr and it hooked right up. Needed to download an app then it transferred anything I selected. Hooked up to a windows PC and all files transferred right off. Must have if you don’t like messing with iTunes on a windows PC and need to save your photos and videos.

This item is great! It is lightweight and has multiple options to connect with different devices.

Not user friendly. Can’t use it. Waste of money
