[1900mAh] ALCATEL TLi017C1 ONE Touch Battery (Upgraded), BOANV Replacement Battery for Alcatel GreatCall Jitterbug Flip Phone, Dawn 5027B, Ideal 4060A, Streak 4060O

I tested this BOANV battery replacement for the Alcatel Go Flip 3 flip phone. It retained its charge as well as the original Alcatel battery. Although my original battery works perfectly, I wanted to have a backup battery.My first backup battery was an ITMBET brand that was fine at first but after 18+ months it would not hold a charge very well (see below). I have only had the BOANV battery a month so I don't know its long-term performance.To test the BOANV battery ability to retain its charge, I removed the charger when the Flip Phone's battery test setting read 100% and measured the remaining charge at the 24 hour time period and I did NOT use the phone during this time period. I did the same for all my tests.Test 1: Alcatel original battery had 83% charge left after 24 hoursTest 2: Alcatel original battery had 94% charge left after 24 hoursTest 3: Alcatel original battery had 93% charge left after 24 hoursTest4: BOANV battery had 92% charge left after 24 hours of beingTest5: BOANV battery had 94% charge left after 24 hours of beingTest6: ITMBET battery replacement had 84% charge left after 24 hoursTest7a: ITMBET battery replacement had 85% charge left after 24 hours and tested again at 40 hoursTest7b: ITMBET battery replacement had 72% charge left after 40 hoursCONCLUSION: The BOANV replacement for the Alcatel Go Flip 3 is as good as the original Alcatel battery. The long-term ability to retain a charge is unknown. The ITMBET battery after 18 months would not hold much charge after a couple of days of not being charged even when not being used for calls.

Won't hold a charge (June 2023) just 3 months after I bought it (March 2023).It is a battery upgrade for older Alcatel flip phones. Perfect fit and if the labeling is correct, SUPPOSEDLY longer operating life. It also seems a little lighter than the original battery. Arrived half charged, enough to activate the phone with, and reached full charge in about an hour.

I had hoped just a little longer lasting battery than the original. This one is the same: barely a day, perhaps 36h. The major problems is that if left unattended it gets overcharged and the telephone hangs up. One has to take the battery out and replace to reset the phone. Even with care, in the middle of a day, for no apparent reason, telephone hangs up. I had to go back to the original battery; this was a waste of money.

Battery exactly as described. I still use an old flip phone so I’m always curious how long I will be able to get replacement batteries. Found this online, place the order and it arrived promptly. Follow the very clear and detailed directions which were included with them on how to make sure that I manage battery life properly. Over the first week, I have let the battery drain to empty three times. In each case, when fully charged I am getting good battery life.

Returned because the battery was not the issue with my phone. I got a new TCL phone but TCL changed the battery type, so I couldn't use this battery.

I thought it would prolong battery life for my Go Flip 3 phone but it's deleted in about a day. Maybe I'm spoiled from my previous phone's battery life. Other than that, it works well.

Bought this to replace or back up the original Alcatel brand battery in my GoFlip A405DL which sometimes seems to lose its charge unexpectedly. This battery is $5 cheaper than the Alcatel battery. It charged fully with no issues and so far is working as well or better than the Alcatel original. Time will tell if that remains the case.
