Only cleans front 24 teeth.

This is awesome! It does a great job in 30 seconds hands free!

I like that there are variations of frequency to cater for different levels of sensitivity. .

Because of obvious effectiveness of my Sonicare toothbrush, it seemed logical that a whole mouth version with additional cleaning by light could work. I still believe it can. Unfortunately I was sadly disappointed with this product. After each cleaning, I did not feel cleaner, other than from the toothpaste (not included). It does vibrate and it does shine a light, but I did not feel cleaner after using this product. It felt like there was a lot of plaque still on my teeth. I even tried moving it back and forth to increase friction. I have already thrown it in the garbage. Fortunately, it did not cost much.

Over a manual toothbrush it is so much better. It is faster than a sonic. It cleans my teeth well. It did not clean my tongue, or the sides of my mouth, so germs would get back on my teeth faster than normal. I started to use my water pic along with it and everything on my mouth is perfect. Brushing alone can not get everything. We still need to floss and scrape out tongues with any toothbrush.
