SuperNutrition SimplyOne Multi-Vitamin for Women, 90 Count

Bought these for my mom and I've noticed a great difference in her mood and energy levels. I tried taking them myself but they have caffeine (a tiny bit but I'm super sensitive) so it would make me really wired. Vitamins usually make my mom very sleepy and tired at first which deters her from continuing to take them. These didn't have that effect. She has mentioned that she does feel a bit anxious sometimes after taking these but I think it's because she drinks a lot of coffee and then with this added it just might be a bit too much caffeine. But I have noticed a very positive difference in her mood with these vitamins, she used to get really down and weepy (menopause) and now she doesn't anymore. I bought it because it has the high quality ingredients for b12 complex and magnesium and I researched all the other natural ingredients are they all don't have adverse side effects. Great quality vitamin.

I no longer bruise easy, feel sleepy during the day, or have as tough a time focusing mentally. It's a very comprehensive multi with a balanced blend that is very specific to women. If you're a label reader and/or a naturalist, you'll notice how true that is for this product. And you don't have to take 3/day, as with so many natural multis, just 1. I take many supplements when I get sick, so it helps to have 2 less. It also isn't as large as some of the horse pill multis I've seen. If you're sensitive to stimulants, like me, I would suggest taking this early in the morning. This one has lots of B vitamins, among other get-up-and-goers. I can't take it after 8AM, or it'l keep me awake for too long. This is the only multivitamin I've ever seen results from, and I have tried all of the major brands you see in natural food stores, from cheap to the most expensive. Now, I swear by it.

First of all, I just want to say, thanks for making a great iron-free multi-vitamin! Those are not always easy to come by. My only complaint is with the new formula change, the magnesium has been reduced. Any chance this will change in the future?

I have taken so many vitamins over the years and this works better than anything I've ever taken! I'm probably this companies biggest fan. I don't take the time to write reviews very often but this product is worth the effort. I've been referring this vitamin to family and friends. It does exactly what it says it does. And they make it for men too! I turned my husband on to it and he loves it. We both feel more alive, more alert and more energized. If your looking for a vitamin that really works, this is it. We order ourse through Amazon to save money. You can't find this product on most shelves and if you do, it cost more than purchasing through Amazon. Walmart used to carry it but they don't anymore, at least I can never seem to find it.

These vitamins are high quality. They're very potent and include antioxidants. They are very big. I just make sure I take them with a lot of water to get them down. I like that these are iron free, because as long as you don't have anemia you don't need iron. It's actually bad to have too much iron. These are very affordable. I'll continue to buy.

I included a pic of one of the pills next to a quarter. It's HUGE. Even worse, it tastes awful. I gagged on it. There's supposed to be vanilla flavoring, but I couldn't tell. It's a shame because the price is decent and it helps fill in the gaps I was aiming for in my nutrition. But I guess you get what you pay for. I will be throwing out this bottle after one pill and not getting it again.

I love super nutrition brand of vitamins for many reasons such as the cost it's food based so it's all natural organic no dyes or preservatives in addition it is easy to digest other vitamins make my stomach hurt. I recommend you take it with food and drink lots of water or your pee will be neon yellow it also has so many vitamins and minerals that other multiple vitamins don't have I will continue to take super nutrition vitamins daily highly recommended

The two times u have managed to swallow them i have felt great! That said out of two weeks I successfully swallowed them twice. Way to huge. Can not benefit from them if you can't swallow them.
