REALLY helps dry eyes.
My optician told me to take Omega 3 oil and these seemed the best, and I felt results in 4 days!I have dry eye syndrome and I dont need to use my eye drops half as much with these capsules, well worth it.

Excellent for Dry Eyes
Absolutely fantastic eye mask recommended to me by my Opthalmology consultant. He described it as a spa for the eyes and he was correct. It's made a big difference to my dry eye.

Omega 3
This is a good product, however, it didn't suit my needs. It does contain fish oil, which I was told not to use for my particular eye condition.
