These vitamins are the best. I used to regularly faint before I started taking these due to a deficiency. I was getting the vitamins into my body, but not absorbing them. It’s the “with enzymes” part that’s so important… that’s why these vitamins get absorbed when others do not.(I only take 2 a day though since they’re kind of pricey… recommended dose is 3 a day.)

I only put 1 star for flavor because you swallow them. There is no taste. Integrative Therapeutics was recommended to me by an Integrated Medical doctor I was seeing. This company uses the superior methyl version of the vitamins whereas many multi-vitamins use cyan.... I like all the stuff it has in it. I also use their Active-B and other products and have found them to be very effective.

These vitamins are the best! I learned about them from a food and nutrition class (taught by a dietitian) I took in college. First thing I noticed was my nails were stronger and my hair looked healthier. Pharmacy grade vitamin, don’t wast your money on inferior vitamins.
