what are the flavors? Ive tried these before and i really liked the raspberry one

No nuts.. I also dont believe they are manufactured where nuts are either.

They themselves should be, the warning on the label says they are manufactured in a place that also uses grains, though.

How many pieces are in each bag?

About 125. I've already handed some out and still have 117 in my bag. Valid question. I wanted to know the same thing before buying them!
