I received my shipment earlier than advertised. Despite the negative reviews, this product works better than any dry mouth product on the market, and I have been using it for years until I could not find it in stores anymore. Unfortunately it is very hard to find which has caused me to pay the outlandish price that I did. But because of the serious dry mouth problem that I have it was still worth every penny. This led me to reach out to the manufacturer, which was not easy to do, to find out what the problem is with getting this product on the shelves. Apparently, the best that I could understand was that the company was sold and there was some dispute over this product regarding selling rights by the seller and purchaser. Don’t hold me to that interpretation of what I read on the internet. But THE GOOD NEWS is that the manufacturer has informed me that the product should be on the shelves again beginning in March. Hopefully I can begin paying the normal price of $6.00+ a tube, versus the $20.00 I had to pay here. And the bottom line is I used it this morning and 8 hours later my mouth is not dry. THANK YOU BIOTENE GEL!

I keep one tube in my bathroom, my car, bedside and by my computer.BUT, this last order, only 1 tube was available. It came quickly though.

I was waking up two or three times a night because of a dry mouth caused by medications I have to take. My daughter-in-law brought me a tube of the gel and no more dry mouth. I sleep right until morning now.

I do not see how reviewers rave about this. I do not find that the effect lasts longer than the amount of time the gel is in your mouth - 5 minutes? Once it has dissipated so does the effect of dry mouth relief. I like their other products, but not this one.

Works like it should. keeps my mouth from drying out a lot overnight. per the label it lasts about 4 to 6 hours. The best one I found on the market so far.

This works very well for a dry mouth. And if you also use the mouthwash it will last for a good amount of time.

I use this for dry mouth and it works perfectly. I don't love the berry flavour or the price, but will continue to buy it because it's the only product that works so well.
