These tablets are very easy to swallow, which is not often the case with calcium tablets which tend to be on the larger side. I like that you get good NRV levels with 2 tablets per day. Good combination of essential minerals in this supplement.

The media could not be loaded. Been taking these for a few days and can honestly say I literally fall straight to sleep now always been a crap sleeping I bought these as I have recently started back at running. The size of these do seem large but very thin overall and very smooth these do slide straight down with no problems. Recommend 👍
