Great for general cleaning.
Like it so much that this is the 2nd one we have purchased. Keeping the 2nd one at our vacation property.

Solid value
The best pressure washer I’ve owned as a homeowner. Simple to use, powerful, much fewer tangles than previous purchases.

Quality
My product came in seemed to be used. The product itself functions and works. Can in with nicks and marks all over it and the handle to carry it/ roll it doesn’t even work because one of the pieces that connects to the washer is snapped off.

Everything looks as it should!
The pressure washer was exactly as it was stated it was. Perfect.

Good value but needed plumber’s tape to resolve wand leaks
Easy to assemble out of the box, but water sprayed out the sides of the wand where it mated with the nozzle, even though nozzle was on super tight, so tight I couldn’t remove it at first or was even sure that it was meant to be removed! I eventually grabbed a wrench and was able to unscrew it. Note that the instructions say to unscrew by turning nozzle clockwise; maybe Chinese clocks are different? Anyway, after I wrapped some plumber’s tape around the threads (there’s no washer), and reattached the nozzle, I was good to go. I’d be careful about repeated attach/reattach if the wand and nozzle, since they are plastic.

Dont be fooled it is a great lil machine
I’m really impressed with this little machine. Before I got it, I borrowed a Karcher 1600 and the Popular Ryobi RY141900.The Karcher was kind of heavy to lug around with one hand while the garden hose and spray hose were connected with those crummy wheels. The Ryobi was easier due to the tubular frame. But the Portland being the lightest and most compact of the three was the easiest. I could lug it up scaffolding with one arm level to level if needed. I could not do that with the other two.In terms of power, i could do better with the Portland and I think it was strictly due to the adjustable nozzle. A slight twist and you could exactly give yourself the spray fan size you need depending on how far away you are to the surface. I had a house facia that was 8 feet away I could focus the stream narrow and clean with great power. The deal is by the time the stream reached the 8 ft, the stream had distance to fan out to what was needed so the power 8 ft away was still great. The Karcher&Ryobi were not so flexible where you have to swap out for a different nozzle (pain in the butt) and then adjust your distance to the surface this slowing you down.Lugging the Ryobi up the scaffolding you need two people, a nightmare, the Karcher was just too bulky, you need two hands.Anyway, if i did not know the price of each unit, I would choose the Portland. It seemed more powerful than either unit but again that is probably due to the adjustable spray angle.I did have one problem with the Portland though. The GFI at the end of the power cord failed. It was vibrating like crazy after going through the turn on procedure. I replaced the GFI vía YouTube ($20 Lowes) procedure for a different machine and all is well now. I like this Portland.
