How do i turn them off? My husband threw the box away

You have to unplug it to turn it off. Or what I do is plug it into a power strip, use the switch on the strip to turn it on & off.

Can the plastic flowers be removed? Are the plastic flowers pink or are the lightbulbs pink?

No the plastic flowers can’t be removed, the Lightbulbs were purple on the ones I purchased. The flowers themselves are a soft clear material

If one light goes out do they all go out?

I don’t know the answer, but I’ve had these lights for about a year and they’ve been outside on my patio thru all four seasons. They go in every single day on a timer and not one light has gone out.

Is 33ft. enough for 4ft. tree?

For a light floral decoration I do believe it’s enough to fit your tree. If you want a heavily floral decor I suggest 2. One should be enough
