Works fine, inc. subtitles and text
Works fine on a very old Panasonic non-smart Viesa LCD TV. Slightly plastic feel compared to the original remote, but it's perfectly ok. Takes 2x AA batteries. I bought this one because it has a subtitle button, whereas a lot of one-for-all remotes do not, and that is essential for my parents. The Text button also loads up the BBCi Text service, again, not always found on all remotes, and my parents use that a lot. Required no setting up.

It WORKS!!!
So our old Panasonic remote, I’ve just become painful to use. The spongy buttons didn’t work, you had to really hammer them and push them hard down, and it would sometimes work so it was a nightmare.So got this remote control, and everything works as it should, and boy what a relief it is to actually use a remote control actually works….Wonderful

Appears to be a good replacement,
The remotes appear to work well and have all the features of the original, time will tell if they stand the test of time. The price was brilliant and because we have Prime delivery was free and very fast. The remotes had parts that seemed a little flimsy but overall very pleased with my purchase

Good value replacement remote
The remote has the full functionality of the original at a very good price. It's lighter and a little smaller, so some slight user adaptation for use of the direction buttons around the ok symbol. appropriate batteries fitted easily and securely. It's good to have full funcy=tionality back as the volume and up/down controls towards the bottom of the orinal remote had become increasingly unresponsive.

DONT BUY THIS REMOTE YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER ONE IN 5-6 WEEKS TIME
I bough this item on the 13th Feb 2025 and on the 19th March 2025 some of the buttons have stopped working including voice control and menu and some buttons work if and when.Cant return because it is outside of the returns policy. Total waste of money.

Replacement for controller that had ceased working properly. New one is perfect

Works but has issues
Well I knew I was buying a knock off. Yes it turns the TV on and allows selection of the AV channel and it seems to control the functions when it works. However, many buttons when pressed end up getting trapped which then means that even those that were working are then over ridden. Looking for trapped buttons is not why I bought this. Thankfully it was as cheap as chips, although I think it is going to drive my wife mad - so will have to look for a genuine control.
