Ideal for our small pond, very easy to install

The pump and housing seems to be well made except for the front housing of the pump. This is very flimsy and is easily broken when removing it to clean the impeller. Clearer instruction on dismantling or a more sturdy moulding would improve the product.

Good powerful pump for a pond filtration system. Design helps keep pump inlet clear of debris and hence unit requires cleaning less frequently.

Worked well suppling water to my waterfall until it stopped. Removed it from the pond and cleaned out but the impeller was loose and would only start when knocked into place. once int he pond and switched off and on it would not start. Not going to by another one of these.

My old pump packed in which was very expensive. Needed a quick solution to keep the filter running. Bought this and at first thought it was not adequate, after setting it up with the water fall realised it was great and just was not used to pump not being as strong as my old one. This is more than suitable for any medium sized pond

Rubbish isn’t a filter and doesn’t have a plug

I have three small ponds which get sediment from surrounding trees. Putting this pump into the pond and stiring the water a little gets it into suspension and the pump soon clears the sediment and suspended matter. I just use a bucket with holes in the bottom andfilled with regular filter material, suspended over the ponds does the job quickly. Has a case which will exclude large bits of debris but takes care of everything else.

easy to use...but could do with flow regulator.
