HP Enterprise Printer *NIB* sold as used.
I was skeptical about this printer. I am not sure why it was sold as used when factory seals were still on it. But my gain. Saved a little over $100 dollars on this workhorse printer. It works like a charm. Still working on the old printer for now but I am sure that when I need to press this one into service it will be ready to go. It is an invoice printer only. I will have to say that the output tray is not as big as the P3005 I am replacing. But it will do. I rarely leave my print jobs unattended. It does take some setting changes to get it to wake up properly. Duplexes properly. Feeds from both trays properly. Thank you but rating tech support is hard because I have not had to use it yet. I will however add additional feedback if the occasion arises. Because tech support seems to be the weakest link to HP products. And now is not a fair time to give it just in case because no one is around.

Nice Printer
I just installed one of these in a small office. Easy to setup. Not sure how it will stand the test of time yet, but so far so good. It's a nice printer, and I can recommend.

Worst piece of junk I have ever purchased
The "wireless" feature does not work. Nothing in the directions on how to set it up, when through the online chat with tech on how to set it up, they threw up their hands after 30 minutes and referred me to tech support phone number. Then on the phone for an hour with technician, who had to consult his superiors over and over because he couldn't figure it out. Finally, he said "We don't know how to connect it to wireless." Seriously? This is an HP printer, and HP can't figure out how to make it work? So now, I have to send it back and will never be buying an HP printer again. No consumer product should be so difficult that the heads of technical support can't even figure out how the thing works.

Flaw
We just received this printer today, which was a plus! But when we opened up the box and took out the printer to set it up, there was a dent where you stack printer on top of trays. This bumped down my rating. We will try out the printer now, we feel it is a little flaw but should have been inspected during packaging. The shipping box was fine and showed no signs of being damaged.

Great quality printer
Excellent office printer. Easy setup. No problems so far after almost 10,000 prints.

Toner
This printer appears to have a limited printing capacity of 500 pages per $180 toner cartridge. I had anticipated a higher page yield from the toner cartridge.

Nice printer but difficult to configure
I like this printer. However, it is difficult to configure. It has a screen with menus that are not easy to use and not logical. It has 3 ways to print and I am unable to use the one that I want - print over network.

Toner Explosion
The toner cartridge exploded everywhere! Now I have not only waste time cleaning it, I had to open my back up toner instead of using the one that came with the printer first.
