The production arrived in a lovely undamaged box, well protected inside . It comes with a cleaning cloth, charge lead, and a little drawstring pouch to pop the device in if you were traveling. The reason I've given it four stars instead of five, is because it's a little difficult trying to get the charge lead in, I worry that if too heavy handed, the port could easily get damaged, as it doesn't quite line up with the porthole itself, but that could just be this device. All in all, it works well, charges, wasn't damaged, value for money.

Do not waste your money buying this facial toner. I purchased this at the end of May 2023 after a long delivery wait. Facial Toner seemed ok on first couple of uses but started to lose the pulse on one side and eventually ended up with just one side working. Since contacting seller for a replacement I have been fobbed off every time, asking me to check batteries, which is impossible as unit is sealed, send a photo of it showing it is charged, accept a 10% discount on purchasing a new one from them, this has increased to a 30% discount today to buy a new one, no replacement is being offered or a 100% refund.The company is just delaying hoping you will give up. Although the facial toner wasn't that expensive it should still be replaced or refunded. Don't waste your time or money on this item, the Customer Service is non existent and they just want your money.

Only been using a couple of weeks but can see a difference in the tightness of my skin already . Good quality cokes with cleaning cloth and bag. Charge lasts a good few days
