WeatherTech Cargo Trunk Liner for BMW X3 28i, X3 35i, X3 28d - Behind 2nd Row (40497) Black

We've been purchasing cargo liners for all of our SUVs since I can remember, and Weathertech has always delivered. Upon ordering our 2015 BMW X3, I ordered one of these and had it waiting for when the vehicle arrived.We took delivery a few weeks ago, and I installed this as soon as we got home. Fit is absolutely perfect and the quality is what you would expect -- top notch.I can't recommend this enough. In addition to being cheaper than the OEM BMW cargo liner, it feels much higher in quality. Just get it.

Once my baby boy was born, I quickly realized how our stroller was going to get my trunk floor dirty over time. Especially when out on a rainy day. Quickly came to Amazon for s solution. This was it! Worth the money. Well made and fits my 2013 BMW X3 perfectly. See attached pic.

It was exactly what we wanted for the cargo area of our vehicle. Perfect fit, and had cut outs for the tie down locations in the cargo area. Also liked the perimeter lips of the liner, to prevent spills from damaging the cargo area carpet.

I’m happy with the fit in the trunk of my x3(F25). I did have to remove a netted pocket on the left/drivers side which was fine because I never used it. I also have the well on the right, which the mat sort of floats over. I’m hoping to fing some kind of storage box that helps support the mat over that area...open to ideas!5 stars

Excellent purchase! my 2017 BMW X3 has black interior. I wanted to prevent spills on my car in the trunk area. This does the trick. It does not fit perfectly and I was afraid that if I started cutting away it at that I may make a mistake. The liner comes rolled-up in a box; so it takes a while it get it to lay flat. Also, if you look closely at the picture Weathertech has of the BMW, it does the cutout on the left and right, near the door but in the 2017 X3, there is a mesh covering over the cut out. Unless you alter the liner you receive, it will not fit this area properly. Aside from that, its a great buy. No smell, I was able to install it myself in a few minutes.

I bought this instead of the OEM BMW mat, and I have been very pleased with the purchase. Mat is made of a very durable and heavy weight rubber...which keeps it in place and makes it easy to clean. Does have cutouts marked for the rails, but I have not tried to use those yet.Definitely recommend!

Item fits fairly well in the 2017 X3. Pocket on the right kind of floats over the factory storage compartment, but is not supported. Does a fairly good job of containing the dog hair and debris, but I have some concerns about the long term viability of the pocket hole cover. Amazon and many others selling similar items from Weathertech are not authorized retailers, and as such WeatherTech will not honor warranty issues. Can get similar prices directly from the manufacturer, or an authorized dealer, so I can honestly suggest going that path instead. Overall, the item is decent, but don't expect a great fit, or any help from the manufacturer if you have issues if purchased here.

Bought this and the matching set of floor liners for our next BMW X3. High quality product - nothing in BMW's catalog or the local auto store even comes close. Sharp looking too. Rugged. Worth the money. They will probably last the life of the car.
