I LIVE IN THIS CLOTHING!!! I sweat a lot 😓and this is the best clothing. I even sleep in it. Also I get really hot 🥵 so I wear the cooling towel around my neck all the time and spray it down so that it is damp. Then when it gets hot 🥵 I snap it out a few times.I just found Arctic Cool a year ago on Facebook and I am sold on it. I was moving and needed a way to keep the sweat out of my eyes 👀 and bought a headband. That started my journey with Arctic Cool. Also I am not a paid advertiser.*UPDATE- I have lost weight and at 190 LBS. the 3XL “V-neck” is quite large on me. But the 2XL is a perfect fit.PS. Spray a little water on the material to help with the cooling. Also with the headband and towel, when they get hot snap them out about 3 times and the air cools the dampened material down.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who works in the Garden Dept. at Wal-Mart. In this hot summer weather in it's 90's -100 plus weather she was always commenting on hot she was having to work outside in the heat. Dripping sweat and having a hard time doing her required job outside. I bought her the shirt. I told her unless she first spritzed it with water she wouldn't feel the cooling effects until she started to sweat. She started sweating and said he felt the coolness of the shirt and it was nice. Her face was hot. I told her that this company also makes hats. Her mother wants to get one now.

Wanted to like these, but I don't. Did it cool? Well, yes, if wet and wind is blowing. Remarkably unattractive both in color and fit though. Not sure it's any better than getting a cotton or linen shirt. Will have to try it some more on another day. Will try to remember to update.

I'm a healthcare worker. I bought this shirt to help me keep cool under scrubs and the disposable gown. This shirt unfortunately didn't help keep me cool.It is a great shirt alone, just don't bother wearing anything over it. The material is comfortable and doesn't wrinkle. It is a great shade of gray. I'll definitely wear it for exercising.

I bought this shirt specifically to wear inside a full body costume. Did I feel cooler? Not really. I even tried wearing this outside while gardening. Did I feel cooler? Not really. Don't think this is the thing for me. Might work for joggers that are moving and wicking away sweat, but for the average Non- jogger... no

Fit was good but the small amount of spandex in this shirt was too hot to work inI work in a hot environment. Strictly wear 100% polyester. No spandex. Which this item has in it

I have been pleasantly surprised by this brand, which I tried on a whim. The material is light and cool and seems to work as well as my more expensive brand shirts. This particular shirt is roomy (maybe not the best if you like really tight exercise gear but I don't) and seemed to run fairly true to size. The lavender color is pretty close to what is shown in the picture and looks nice. Would definitely buy again.

Purchased 3 of these two years ago for a trip to Florida in mid August. One for a friend, one for my daughter and one for me. They kept us from getting too hot. I recently purchased one for work and it keeps me comfortable even when working around hot ovens.
