I leave in for 5 minutes then rinse. Smells grest. Leaves hair smelling and feeling great!

I'm not sure if this is a real question but if it is: put conditioner on wet hair, wait a few minutes then rinse it out.

Yes, same formulation just different scents. My favorites are pink grapefruit and fuzzy navel!
