This book series is great for new readers starting out. This series is a great way to get your readers to fall in love with books. The price is great and my kids LOVE Jack and Annie's adventures!

I read these stories to my daughter and she loves them and honestly I love them too. They are filled with good adventures to read about and some of them are true in history and then there is good facts about it after finish reading the book.

My 8 yr old finds these easy and very engaging. They may be too easy for him, but I love that he is reading.

Wonderful, informative series comfortable kindergarteners!

These stories are fun and engaging. My daughter is hooked and has been pouring through them. We decided to buy the books because she likes to read them more than once. The price is better here than in the store.

This book series is perfect for beginning readers. The stories keep you wanting to turn the page to see what happens next. The text gets more challenging as the series grows so it helps to expand the reader’s vocabulary. I highly recommend these books. My grandson and I took turns reading paragraphs in the beginning. His skill increased dramatically.

Truth be told, my last review wasn't entirely accurate. I told you I bought them for my son to read to his kids when he is starting his family. All true.Initially though, I was working with a student who loves to read, and bought the last 2 box sets to reach book 28. My goal was to read to her as a reward for her behavior. It worked, but we never got into the crux of the series. It was nice to be able to meet both goals.As a mom, I was always big on series and box sets. When we started reading Magic Treehouse, my goal was to find them all, and now I have. Now, although my son is in his early 20s, it still may be nice to read through the entire box set. Full disclosure, I do not have the informational books, just the fictional books in the series.

These books are great. My grandson is in the first grade and reads them in school. It will be perfect summer reading.
