These were great for gnats and flies!

These work great for my indoor plants. They took care of the bug issue.

Would recommend these endure anyone that has knats or flies. Use in a few plants and seem to help keep the bugs at bay.

While these do work, and I do recommend them depending on your situation, if you have a growing problem with fungus gnats this will help a bit but not completely, and with fungus gnats you want to take care of the problem completely sooner rather than later. If you only need to catch an occasional flying bug? Totally get them. If you have a large problem on your hands? I only recommend them if you use these along with the following cure: I only got rid of fungus gnats COMPLETELY by adding sand and stones/rocks as a top soil dressing (I did not use any insecticides by the way, no need as long as you add an adequate top soil dressing and let the soil dry out a bit). EDIT: I mentioned the top dressing previously, and it did seem to eliminate the gnats completely along with these sticky traps, but I found a few stragglers. I’m actually not sure if they actually came from my pots or were just wandering aimlessly around my house looking to infect something, but to be COMPLETELY sure they’re gone I also added “mosquito bits” or “BTI” to eliminate them. I believe the bits are safe to use based on my research, but if you don’t want to use the bits then I think the top dressing I mentioned and these sticky traps are good enough. I was just super paranoid about seeing a few stragglers leftover!

When I became a plant mom, I had no idea that some of my plants naturally could have little bugs or that my soil could grow bugs. These are complete lifesaver and I no longer have anything flying around.

Only vaguely effective. I never realized how smart gnats are until I tried tricking them with these!

I was a bit skeptical if these would work, but as soon as I put them in my infested plants, the gnatswere immediately drawn to the sticky butterfly. It took one of the butterfly traps to get the hang of removing thebacking from both sides, but as long as you remove from the bottom where you stick the pointedend into the plant and SLOWLY peel away the backing it comes off easily in one piece. You willnot be disappointed in how well these works. Also, they look kind of cute sitting in the base ofthe plants.
