I LOVE this product! I sprinkle it on generously. It is great for meat, salads, casseroles, etc. I have tried cooking with it without success. It tends to burn if you put it on steak or other meat before cooking, and the flavor isn’t quite there when added to dishes before cooking. I just sprinkle it on whatever I am eating and I love the flavor. I used to sprinkle salt on melon, especially if it was picked green, but the Benson’s isn’t good for that. It’s more for savory dishes. I can live with that. A little spendy, but good stuff. I highly recommend.

Table Tasty Salt Substitute is just what I was looking for to adhere to a very low salt intake diet. It is very satisfying and tastes so natural without any aftertaste. We add it to everything that we used to season with salt prior to finding this great product such as salads, meats, poultry, fish, eggs, soups, appetizers, cooked or fresh vegetables, even popcorn! We are so pleased that it does not contain Potassium Chloride.

This is the best salt substitute we've found since going on a strict low-salt diet! Actually tastes like salt right out of the bottle. Best to use after cooking as it seems to lose some flavor in the process.

Well, having just gone salt free, or nearly, as close as I can manage, this is the best salt-tasting product I've tried.I've purchased several others, all have no taste, this is really good, and I'm very hard to please, not bad, not bad at all.

My 91 year old father was told to reduce salt. 91 right! But we found this and gave it a try. He says works pretty well. Maybe 101 years now😊

This was for my father-in- law that is on a salt free diet. He used it the same day I gave it to him and he loves the flavor it gives his vegetables and meat.

I purchased a single shaker to check it out (very skeptical) and what a surprise. This provides a salty essence to your pallet. Also as they tell you it is an "after the food is cooked" application. It is not cooking heat tolerable. So, after it checked out I ordered the 'six pack' plus a bulk 1 pound refill package. Since I am a 'diagnosed' low sodium individual this is a welcomed product.
