Quality! As soon as I unwrapped this package I could feel the weight and durability of this piece. This is one of those items that you wear and then gently wrap and store as a keepsake. I love how the beads swing as I move. The band is a perfect fit. My main concern was for the feathers but they are exactly as the picture and even more colorful and vibrant. Although this piece is a showstopper, it is still classy and refined. It is exactly the piece I needed to complete my outfit! Can’t wait to wear it!

Blue feathers look black
Needed the blue to pop more with my blue 20's dress but it blended into the black where you can't see it. Nicely made though. Returning it
