Brilliant
This item is excellent. Great quality and very sharp. Great value for money. Easy to use even if you are just starting out in leather work. The size options are brilliant.

Bought for wood
Bought these to punch wood (mostly for escutcheons on thin wood or veneer for box repair). They work well.

Some good shapes and sizes - not sharp enough
Many of the shapes and sizes of these punch cutters are great for my purposes, but the edges are not sharp enough to cut cleanly through my leather (1.5 to 4mm nappa to veg tanned), I always end up with a frayed edge.I've tried sharpening them with an Arkansas stone and strop, but can't seem to get a good cutting edge on them. As a result, I often end up punching the shape in and finishing the cut with scissors or a craft knife. I might have got a bad lot, but be aware of the possibility of them not being the only tool you need to punch your shapes out.

Rubbish box, great punches
The box is utter rubbish, it was broken upon arrival but the punches are top notch and for the price you can't beat that. Chuck away the box if it's broken for you and you have yourself a set of nice punches. They are all sharp and sturdy. I am using them for polymer clay and they will be more than satisfactory for my projects. Also arrived on time.

Surprisingly well made.
High quality steel, well sharpened. Very good edge profile, doesn't mangle the material, unlike other cutters on the market. The bit number 18 was misshapen slightly and unfortunately impossible for me to bend it into shape as it's so sturdy.

Great
Really great selection of shapes. I use these for clay sculpture and for that they are brilliant. Can’t comment on use for leather but they are sharp and strong

Items are not as large as expected
As mentioned by others the box that contains the punches is rubbish, the latch broke when I opened it for the first time.I was expecting some of the punches would be bigger. The punches are also covered in a protective grease that will stain natural veg tanned leather.The above are the negatives on the positive the punches I have tested do punch through leather relatively easily.
